Mr. Ma is the executive partner of Leaping Point in China, possesses over 20 years’ management consulting experiences. He has steered many projects for multinational corporations in automotive, telecommunications equipment manufacturing, energy, power and petrochemical industries while his consulting topics involve in corporate international strategies, mergers & integrations, organizational design, lean management, and process reengineering and information technology blueprints. Prior to the practice in Leaping point, Mr. Ma had worked in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Accenture Consulting.

 

Mr. Ma performed consulting for China Offshore Oil Company for its post overseas acquisition international strategies, overseas layout and business integrations. In the area of corporate operations, Mr. Ma consulted for Huawei, UT Starcom (both telecom equipment manufacturers), Yu tong (a Chinese, automotive manufacturer) and China State Grid in the lean management, supply chain performance improvement, customer relationship management and planning and information technology blueprints. Mr. Ma also served the Rogers Cable Communications, Canada 's largest cable telecommunications operator for many years. He worked in network operations and engineering department as the operation performance improvement project managers.

 

Mr. Ma obtained the Master Degree of Manufacturing Management from McGill University in Canada and Bachelor’s Degree of Economics specializing in International Business from the University of International Business and Economics in China . He is a holder of Six Sigma Black Belt and also a member of American Society of Quality Control.


Mr. Ma’s recent consulting experience includes:


• A strategic business planning and franchise supporting system designing project for the energy sector of a corporation in Henan province, China.
• A distribution center and franchise structure designing project for the new liquid petroleum gas business of a listed company in Hebei province, China.
• An overseas development strategy and M&A project for an offshore oilfield service company in China.

Mr. Sun has 21+ years of experience in management, consulting and investment. He had worked in Baring Private Equity Asia (the 2nd ranked U.S. dollar PE in Asia), Accenture, Roland Berger, and PwC Management Consulting. While leading the Supply Chain Management Practice and Retail & Consumer Goods Vertical in PwC, Mr. Sun was invited to be a guiding committee member of APICS Supply Chain Council (SCC). Meanwhile, he also led the publication of <The Next Generation of Supply Chain Management in China: PwC’s Research Result in Global Supply Chain, 2012>, and the Chinese version of a supply chain operation model SCOR. In the early stage of his career, Mr. Sun worked in the Department of Transportation of the government, and gained abundant social connections. 

Mr. Sun has a master degree of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University in the U.K.

Ms. Zhang is a partner of Leaping Point in China, possessing 18 years management experiences in strategy making, supply chain and marketing, covering areas like construction, retail, electronics, steel, electric power, telecommunication, automobiles etc. She is experienced in long term strategy planning, supply chain management, KPI management, marketing, investment evaluation etc., and she has done many projects both in China and America. 

Ms. Zhang had worked in Siemens Building Technology Group as the general manager of strategy and marketing department, and the general manager of a building product SBU. She was also a manager in Accenture, a US management consulting company.

Ms. Zhang has a Bachelor degree of Economics at Taiwan University, and a global MBA degree from a program by Tsinghua University and MIT.

Ms.Wu is a partner of Leaping Point in China, possessing 20 years’ working experiences in management consulting of different industries. She has worked in many multinational corporations and state-owned companies relating to automobiles, telecommunication equipment manufacturing, financial services and fast moving consumer goods, etc. She is very experienced in supply chain management, strategy transformation, service product design and management, IT and project control. 

Ms.Wu’s was a chief adviser in Kenov Consulting Company, a consultant director in Accenture, and a manager of the supply chain software department in Oracle. 

She got her master degree in business administration at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, her bachelor degree in computer science at City University of HK.

Mr. Yang is a partner of Leaping Point in China, possesses 9 years’ financial and strategic consulting experiences. He had provided financial and strategic consulting services for a Chinese high-tech manufacturing company listed in US, and also involved in many Canadian companies’ financial and strategic projects. Mr. Yang had been working for Bearing Point Inc. in Canada, before joining Leaping Point.
