In the area of corporate operations, Mr. Ma consulted for Huawei, UT Starcom (both telecom equipment manufacturers), Yu tong (a Chinese, automotive manufacturer) and China State Grid in the lean management, supply chain performance improvement, customer relationship management and planning and information technology blueprints. Mr. Ma also served the Rogers Cable Communications, Canada 's largest cable telecommunications operator for many years. He worked in network operations and engineering department as the operation performance improvement project managers.
